Sister Michele O’Brien’s Golf fore Friends Tournament

Thank you to everyone who attended and sponsored the Sister Michele O’Brien’s Golf fore Friends Tournamant. This was our 10th year holding the golf tournament, and it was a beautiful day filled with sunshine and our generous friends. A special thank you to our presenting sponsors: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and HHS.

Golfers began their day with a delicious breakfast provided by Aramark and Mama Margie’s, followed by a special prayer from Sister Michele.

After a day of golfing for a great cause, players enjoyed lunch sponsored by Susan and Van Stewart while checking out the items up for auction. Auction items ranged from a framed and autographed Tony Parker jersey to a Caribbean escape to Cozumel, Mexico and all proceeds benefit the Friends of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Foundation.

We ended the day awarding the tournament winners with a round-of-applause and their prizes.  Congratulations to all of our winners:

The 10th annual tournament was a HUGE success because of our incredible donors and sponsors.  Overall, $231,400 was raised in support of the Friends Foundation!
