- I give to Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital Foundation, dba The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation, [specific dollar amount] for its unrestricted use and purpose.
Beneficiary Designation
You can also name the Friends of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Foundation or The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation as the beneficiary of a retirement plan or life insurance policy, a choice that may bring considerable tax benefits.
