Earlier this month, we joined Bartlett Cocke General Contractors for the Miracle Drive Fore Kids golf tournament benefiting The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation. Bartlett Cocke has graciously served as our Presenting Sponsor for the last three years.
After a slightly delayed start due to lingering rain showers, golfers teed off around 10 am and were greeted with sunshine for the remainder of their playing time. Twenty-six teams participated, raising over $103,000 for The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio! The funds raised will contribute to funding critical treatments and health care services, pediatric medical equipment, charitable care, and much more.
Following a long and exciting afternoon on the green, golfers convened for lunch, awards and prizes.
Terry Kyle, vice president of The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation, presented Jerry Hoog, senior vice president of operations for Bartlett Cocke South Texas, with a gift of our appreciation for his commitment to The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio.
Carlos Ibarra, Barlett Cocke project manager, wrapped up the afternoon by announcing raffle prize winners and the 1st, 2nd, and 8th place teams of the tournament.
