Steve Dufilho, who has been involved with The Children’s Hospital for over four decades, finds it remarkable that the work of The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation has remained so strongly aligned with the original mission of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word.
Steve and his wife Adele have made a gift to the endowment fund to help carry that mission forward, and help the Foundation provide for the future.
“Some donors like to see immediate results like new technology or a building; we prefer to see our gift in perpetuity— a more lasting effect,” says Steve.
