Kohl’s Smiles For Kids During National Children’s Dental Health Month

February is National Children’s Dental Health Month. Dental disease can lead to difficulty eating, sleeping, paying attention in school and smiling. The American Dental Association (ADA) urges parents to make sure their children brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, floss daily, eat a balanced diet and see their dentist regularly to address tooth decay in its earliest stages.

The Dental Center Team is dedicated to the healing and improvement of our children’s smiles.

You can help bring a smile to a child’s face with Kohl’s Cares plush animals and books, just $5 each! When you buy any of these items, 100% of proceeds will benefit children’s programs, including the  The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio‘s Dental Center. Shop in stores or online today!

This past year, Kohl’s presented The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation with a much-appreciated check of $20,000.  Funds provided by Kohl’s will allow the Pediatric Dental Center to increase the number of children served every year, provide dental exams for medically fragile children who are unable to receive dental care through other sources, and create community awareness of the importance of children’s dental health, while stopping tooth decay, removing pain, and preventing infections. Consider making a gift today and help our kids grow up with strong, healthy smiles!
