It’s Time To Think Pink Through October

Thank you to everyone who joined us last Saturday at JoyRide Texas as we Pedaled for Pink. All proceeds raised will help provide free mammograms for women in need via the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Mobile Mammography Unit (MMU).

Through philanthropic support, the MMU brings mammograms to under-served areas of San Antonio, New Braunfels, and beyond. The MMU provides free mammograms to women without insurance or the ability to pay and serves as a link to the greater health care community by partnering with other organizations to provide education, outreach, and access to treatment.

Although October is Breast Health Awareness Month, our mission continues year-round!  Join us at Painting With A Twist – New Braunfels on Wednesday, November 7, for Painting With A Purpose. The funds raised through this fun, artistic event will benefit the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital – New Braunfels Comprehensive Breast Cancer Program. To register, visit bit.ly/PaintingWithPurpose18.

In any instance, early detection greatly improves the chances of successful treatment. CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health- New Braunfels shares the mission of the National Cancer Institutes – to research improved diagnostic, prevention, and treatment techniques.
