Last week, we joined Bartlett Cocke General Contractors for the Miracle Drive Fore Kids golf tournament benefiting The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation. Bartlett Cocke served as our gracious presenting sponsor for the second consecutive year.
An early morning start at the JW Marriott was met with a beautiful sunrise to set the scene for a successful day. More than 25 teams participated in the tournament, raising more than $100,000 for The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio! Funds raised will help fund critical treatments and health care services, pediatric medical equipment, charitable care, and more.
After completing a long, fun day of golf, teams assembled for lunch, awards, and prizes.
John Bel, president of The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation, kicked off the afternoon reception with a thank you and gifted Jerry Hoog, senior vice president of operations for Bartlett Cocke South Texas, with artwork created by a patient at The Children’s Hospital.
Hoog, with help from fellow Bartlett Cocke associates, announced the 1st, 2nd, and 8th place teams of the tournament, as well as the raffle prize winners.
