The Friends of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Foundation has been faithfully serving CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System since 1997. This year, they celebrated their 20th Anniversary at the 7th Annual National Speakers Luncheon.
Dr. Ian Thompson, Jr., was honored with the Beacon Award, recognizing him for excellence in his field and dedication to the community. Keynote speaker, Chaplain (MAJ) Jeffrey Whorton, delivered an inspiring message. Sarah Forgany, KENS 5, facilitated the Luncheon as mistress of ceremonies.
The generous support of our sponsors and guests raised $220,000 to provide the highest quality of care to our deserving patients. This includes the $33,000 that was raised to help provide breast health care and free mammograms to women in need, through the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Mobile Mammography Unit.
