Golf fore Friends 2017 Recap

This year’s 6th Annual Golf fore Friends Tournament was a huge success! The weather was perfect for a beautiful day out on the green.

 

Golfers started off the day enjoying a complimentary breakfast provided by A Novel Idea, Aramark and Mama Margie’s. Justin Sheedy, Friends Foundation board member, kicked off the tournament with opening remarks followed by a special blessing from Sister Michele O’Brien.

After a full day of golfing for a cause, players enjoyed lunch, a silent auction, and a live auction. Auction items ranged from a VIP Spurs Suite to a Caribbean escape to Cozumel, Mexico and all proceeds benefit the Friends of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Foundation.

We ended the day awarding the tournament winners with certificates of achievement and prizes.  Congratulations to all of our winners:
