The Big Give SA is a 24-hour day of online giving in South Central Texas, and it’s coming up on Tuesday, May 3! Its purpose is to address the needs in our community and make a lasting impact for local non-profits. The Friends of CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Foundation and The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation will be participating in the event along with 1,043 other non-profits from across San Antonio and surrounding counties.
Last year, our community raised a total of $4.3 million for 882 charities in 24 hours. This year, with just over 1,000 non-profits participating, The Big Give SA hopes to exceed its goal of $6 million.
